A+C 2013: Through the Lens: Crafting Your Story with Photographers (2 LUs)

Join photographers Bruce Damonte, Matthew Millman and David Duncan Livingston, as well as Dwell Photo Director Anna Alexander, for a panel exploring architecture through the lens of the photographers who capture San Francisco’s changing built environment on a daily basis. How does a photographer craft a story that best highlights an architect’s project and vision? Are they seeing particular housing patterns or trends for current development in the city? Where are they seeing the biggest changes in the city’s landscape and in the format and definition of home? The panel will also explore best practices for working with photographers, some of the common challenges that arise, and what editors of both print and online publications are looking for as they filter through submissions.

      Light lunch provided.
