      Dr. Joseph Awender II: Dr. Joseph E. Awender II is a second generation Chiropractor with over 15 chiropractors in his extended family. His father, Dr. Joseph E. Awender Sr. practiced in South San Francisco for 45 years and now practices and resides in Rio Vista, Califorinia. Dr. Awender II lectures and takes care of patients through out the world and enjoys spending time with his wife, Donna and their two children, Tyler and Phoebe. 

      Dr. Awender II graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 1990. He is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) and Industrial Disability Evaluator. Currently, he is serving on the Board of Regents for Life West, and is a member of the ICA and serves as California Representative for the ICA.

      He was voted "America's Top Chiropractor" by Consumers' Research Council of America, has spoken at Palmer Chiropractic College and Life Chiropractic College, served as seminar leader/speaker for the Big Idea seminars, and has been a health lecturer for many major companies including Pacific Bell, Sun Microsystems, and the Redwood City Fire Department.

      Dr. Awender II has also given his time to many Chiropractic Missions in El Salvador, Panama, South America, and South Africa.


      Dr. Eric McKillican: Dr. Eric McKillican is also a second generation chiropractor, one of six chiropractors in his family. He began working in his father’s chiropractic office at age 14. Then, following in the family footsteps, entered Chiropractic College and graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 1993.

      He went on to complete postgraduate certification studies in Sports Injuries in 1998, Pediatrics through the ICPA in 2000 and Chiropractic Philosophy through Palmer in 2002.

      Dr. McKillican relocated his family (his wife of over 20 years and daughters ages 17, 16, and 11) in 2009 back home to California. He currently practices in Folsom. He travels to teach continuing education to Chiropractors and is also on faculty at Life West teaching chiropractic philosophy.

      Dr. McKillican owned and operated a large family wellness practice in Omaha, Nebraska for 15 years. While in Nebraska Dr. McKillican founded and ran a Chiropractic Philosophy group, that hosted “Patient Awareness Nights”, with such speakers as doctors: Arno Burnier, Reggie Gold, Joseph Felisa.

      At age 18, Dr. McKillican began training with, and also became certified in, NAC (neuro-associative conditioning) with Anthony Robbins seminars. He continued his work in NAC for seven years, and continues to use the techniques learned in all of the seminars and lectures. This knowledge became instrumental in the development and teaching of Effective Communication Techniques (ECTs) with Renaissance Int.

      Dr. McKillican’s focus and dedication to health and wellness was balanced with his dedication to his own health. He has over 25 years experience in the Martial Arts, and over those years achieved many honors.
