      Ambassador Thomas Pickering: Treatment and Torture of Suspected Terrorists

      The treatment of suspected terrorists has often been shrouded in secrecy. A recent report from The Constitution Project’s Task Force on Detainee Treatment shines a light on the federal government’s policies. Ambassador Pickering will highlight Task Force findings about past reactions to global terrorist threats, and its recommendations for coping with the next crisis.
