Justice Richard Goldstone, Former Justice, Constitutional Court of South Africa; Former Chief Prosecutor, UN International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda

In conversation with Jacob Foster, Attorney, Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP

The continued violence and turmoil arising from the Arab Spring revolutions raise questions about the ability of international justice institutions to bring those who commit crimes against humanity to justice. Justice Goldstone will discuss his vast experiences as chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunals for the Former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, recent setbacks at the International Criminal Court, and the state of international justice in the aftermath of the Arab Spring. On a leave of absence from Kasowitz, Foster previously served in the Immediate Office of Chief Prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo at the International Criminal Court.
