      No time for culinary school, but you wish you could whip up a meal with the ease of professional chef? Culinary Boot Camp is a crash course designed to teach you all of the fundamental techniques and skills used by the pros. The perfect holiday gift for your favorite foodie.

      The series will be taught by Parties That Cook Executive chef, Tanya Rogow. Tanya has been cooking and teaching professionally for 10+ years. During her stin...t at the Food Network, she worked with and learned from chefs such as Wolfgang Puck, Bobby Flay and Emeril Lagasse. Her restaurant training is attributed primarily to Mitchell and Steven Rosenthal (of Town Hall fame) at Postrio restaurant.

      Basic Knife Skills and Butchery (January 4th)
      Learn how to hold a knife and make basic knife cuts. Incorporate these basic knife cuts into beginning butchery. Students will learn how to break down a whole chicken, work with red meat and how to properly handle fish.

      The Culinary Boot Camp Series also includes:
      Elements of Seasoning - January 11th
      Basic Cooking Technique - January 18th
      Classic Sauce Making - January 25th

      $135 per class ($500 whole series)
