       *HOSTED BY TurnstonePocketGems and FounderDating*

Welcome to FailChats, based on the internationally renowned FailCon: the first conference on startup failures and how to prepare for and recover from them.Culture.  It seems to be the newest startup buzzword in the bay, but remains tricky to define.  Culture affects your success or failure; it affects your hiring, operations, product, sales, everything!  But what is it?  What role does a founder play in creating "good culture", how early do you need to think about it, and just what can you do to change it when it goes wrong? The brains behind FailConFounderDating, and Turnstone have joined forces to help answer just those questions.  At FailChat: Culture's First Steps,  we'll discuss your first 5 employees create culture, and the most common mistakes that early teams make when they start.  Join startup-culture-specialists Jason Stilman of, Dave Kashen of Quantum Leading, Jessica Alter of FounderDating, and Elizabeth Weil of Andreesen Horowitz as we answer "What is 'Good Culture'?", "How do you create it?" and "What common mistakes to founders make getting there?"
We want YOU to come ready with your own questions to ask these industry experts.  Come prepared with your own personal stories of struggle, confusion, or doubt.  Beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and appetizers are provided throughout the seminar.  Tickets will sell out, so reserve your space now.
