      FAQs

      Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
      As with Brand Partners, attendees must be at least 18.
       

      What are my parking options?
      The Fillmore Heritage Center parking lot is in the same building as Yoshi's! Enter on Eddy St. between Webster and Fillmore. Cost is $2/for 2 hours or $8/day if you enter by 10am and leave by 6pm.
       

      What should I bring to the event?
      There will be no lunch break, so bring a healthful snack so you can "power through" the day. At 3pm, join us for food and drinks at the AFTER-PARTY in Yoshi's Lounge.

      Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
      Yes. Simply send us the new attendee's name and email. Please allow at least 24 hours prior to event.
       

      Can I update my registration information?
      Yes. You may edit from the link provided with your registration confirmation.
       

      Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
      It's not required, but it's a good idea. If we don't show you as having registered AND you don't have your printed ticket, you'll need to pay the door fee.
       

      What is the refund policy?
      Because credit card companies impose refund penalities on event organizers, we don't provide refunds. However, you may transfer your ticket to another Brand Partner. Simply send us the new name and email address.
