      The Punany Poets

Join Jessica Holter in a special evening of Live Performance and Visual Art in Exhibit. The Art & Rhymes of Ghetto Girl Blue is a spirited diviation form the traditional erotic performance this poetic powerhouse is known for. After welcoming the ho's housewives and husbands inside her Little Black Box, Holter reflects on her life as an East Oakland foster child, being raised by a heavy southern hand, called to preach, abandoned, molested, raped and born again by her powerful brand of Poetry. She will make you laugh, make you cry... then make your heart smile with her comedic talents and her anointed tongue. From the bedroom to the pulpit to the welfare line she leaves no stone unturned a lyrical prowess that will make you wonder when she will start her church. Until tonight... you only thought you knew what this Ghetto Girl Blue is capable of. *Holter's inspired visual art will be on display throughout the evening in the theater lobby. *This event will be filmed live for television.
