      SF: Dessert and Wine Pairings with Yigit Pura winner Top Chef and Out Chef

      SAN FRANCISCO: Thursday, July 25, 7-9 pm.   

      Where: at his Tout Sweet Patisserie, 170 O'Farrell St, San Francisco

       

      Space is very limited: maximum 26 attendees.

       

      Cost: $125 / person.  You must RSVP in advance to attend.

       
      Please join Yale GALA for a special Dessert and Wine Pairing event with Yigit Pura, winner of Top Chef: Just Desserts and named to the Advocate Magazine's "Top 40 under 40" and Out Magazine's "Out 100"  Yigit was a presenter at the GLAAD Media Awards 2011 and a Grand Marshall in the 2011 San Francisco Pride Parade. 

        
      Yigit will prepare fabulous desserts, pair them with amazing wines and present them to us – just for Yale GALA. Yigit will be there to discuss with you


      Yigit continues to be an advocate for human rights and for those who are underserved, using his voice to raise money for non-profit organizations around the nation, including Human Rights Campaign, The Trevor Project, Meals On Wheels, the Matthew Shepard Foundation, Project Open Hand and ASPCA. He has received recognition and awards from the city of San Francisco, as well as the California Senate, for his efforts.

      Yigit is currently writing a cookbook with Chronicle Books titled “Sweet Alchemy,” due out September 2013
