Joseph Tuman, Professor of Political and Legal Communications, San Francisco State University; Political Analyst, CBS 5 TV – Moderator

At the Cold War’s peak in the 1950s, two immensely powerful brothers shaped U.S. foreign policy: Secretary of State John Foster Dulles and CIA director Allen Dulles.
