Holding and Letting Go: Intentional Living Through Creativity and Play

Holding and Letting Go: Intentional Living Through Creativity and Play Join us for this experiential workshop and fundraiser for the production costs of Rebecca's solo live performance show* exploring "Belonging" through humor, grief, and radically present love. She invites you into small and precious moments as a single mother of a child on the Autism Spectrum. What to expect in your workshop: This is an experiential workshop that uses creativity and play to give you insight into your life choices. Explore how creativity practices provide metaphors for creating intentional living. Give yourself permission to explore your relationship to what you "hold onto" and what you "let go of." Where does your body hold those stories? If your body could speak, what would it say about what it is holding? What would it say about what it longs to hold? What would your body say about what it longs to let go of? Participate in a playground of purposeful creativity through visual art, movement, and creative storytelling to surface insights into your relationship with “Holding and Letting Go.” EVERYONE has the requisite skills to enjoy the pleasure of collective and individual creativity. This workshop is for YOU, regardless of your art-practice background.  *Directed by Jessa Brie Moreno
