The San Francisco Freelancer Program is a collaboration between the City and County of San Francisco's Office of Economic and Workforce Development, Uptima Business Bootcamp, and L.C. & Lillie Cox Haven of Hope to support self-employed individuals to maximize their economic potential and strengthen their connection to others in the business community.
Eligible San Francisco residents will receive free enrollment to Uptima Business Bootcamp's Freelancer Course. This course guides individuals through a hands-on process of defining their service offering, developing client relationships, and establishing the foundation to thrive as a self-employed person. Next course runs from September-October.
