TUESDAY NIGHT LIVE COMEDY with Liz Stone, Steve Furey, Rio Hillman, “Revenge of the Dads” – Dan St. Paul, Milt Abel, Tim Bedore, Kelly McDonald + Geoff Bolt & Michael O’Brien as hosts

Steve (Stephen) Furey is able to connect with his audience using his life experiences and well written one-liners to create comedy gold. Performing at clubs and casinos all over the country, he has opened for acts such as Bobby Slayton, Kyle Kinane, Tom Rhodes, Natasha Leggero, Godfrey, Ian Bagg, Robin Williams, Theo Von, Bobby Lee, Anthony Jeselnik, Ron White, Eddie Pepitone, Aries Spears, and Pablo Francisco, just to name a few (okay, a lot). He won second place in the 2014 & 2015 Sacramento Comedy Competition, which featured more than 75 comics from all over the country. With an ever-growing fan base, Stephen is quickly gaining momentum as one of America’s brightest and funniest up-and-coming comedians.
      RIO HILLMAN

Born in Chicago raised in WI comedian Rio Hillman arrived on the comedy scene over a decade ago.  With his Midwestern charm & like ability he brings the audience into his world punchline by punchline.  He believes that subtlety and timing are key principals to building a crowd up to the punch line.  To him, it’s nothing new to find humor throughout the stress of everyday life.  His comedy has been seen through the Midwest as well as the West Coast.
      REVENGE OF THE DADS   Starring…

      DAN ST. PAUL

Dan St. Paul has been chronicling his life on stage for 30 years. After turning fifty, he discovered that his body is changing (“I’m a cylinder now. I can where a belt anywhere on my body.”). His memory and eyesight are degenerating (“I have eight pair of reading glasses and I have no idea where they are.”). Raising a teenager is challenging (“I have a bumper sticker that says ‘My Son’s Just Getting By At Hillsdale High’.”).
      MILT ABEL

A stand-up comedian with over twenty years of professional experience, Milt has performed everywhere from television to cruise ships, from comedy clubs and college campuses to corporate events ranging in audience size of twenty to two thousand. After a B.A. degree in drama Milt went right into a stand-up career and never looked back. He’s made numerous television appearances; several performances on An Evening At The Improv, and comedy specials for PBS and Showtime, and regularly performs for cruise lines like Royal Caribbean, Holland America, and Princess. Milt’s style of stand-up comedy is clean, clever, and funny. His humor has always been devoid of stereotypes, cheap shots, or laughter at anyone’s expense; in other words , never divisive or derisive. With material focusing on everyday experiences about his wife and kids, travels, and how we relate to the world around us; audiences always come away feeling good about how they chose to laugh. Milt is a writer as well; he’s written for Dennis Miller’s television show, and published a collection of humorous short stories, Stories from the Delux. With his writing ability and performance skills, Milt can make every show unique, enjoying the challenge of personalizing each show with jokes for that performance’s audience.
      TIM BEDORE

Over the past 30 years Tim Bedore has spent thousands of hours entertaining audiences on the radio and as a stand up comedian in comedy clubs and theaters across the country. Coming from a broadcasting background Tim knows the rigors of working within demanding parameters.  Unlike many comedians whose material is only appropriate for night-clubs, Tim’s humor reaches a wide variety of audiences including charity and corporate events as an entertainer and host. Tim’s broadcast ready comedy accounts for his 14 national TV appearances on NBC, FOX, HBO, Comedy Central and Showtime.  Tim Bedore is a stand-up comedian whose unique background and point of view has produced a very professional entertainer who knows how to cut across the boundaries of individual attitudes and get an audience to enjoy his way of looking at the world.
      KELLY MCDONALD

Kelly McDonald is a performer who personifies “classy” humor. In a business filled with “shock comics” who rely on material of questionable taste, Kelly remains a refreshing exception. He proves it’s possible to create humor without taking cheap shots for easy laughs.  McDonald hails from Geneseo, a tiny town (or as his Dad says, “a sleepy little burg”) in the farmlands of Western New York State. At the seriously young age of 10, he began working in his uncle’s clothing store. Kelly is convinced this early introduction to the world of retail provided him with the people skills and confidence he’d eventually need to handle an audience of strangers.  After high school and graduation from the State University of New York Cortland, Kelly moved to Las Vegas. There, in America’s entertainment and convention capital, he began his comedy career. Like many aspiring entertainers, he worked a series of part time jobs, which included waiting tables. At the end of his restaurant shift, he’d head for a rock club or country bar, places where musicians might allow him some stage time while they were on break. Ultimately, comedy club impresario Budd Friedman opened an “Improv” in the city and Kelly began getting regular showcase spots there.  As his reputation grew, television beckoned. Next stop, Los Angeles. More restaurants, more showcases. But here, something new was added to the mix – improvisational comedy training at the renowned “Groundlings Theatre”. Like “Second City”, the Groundlings are known for producing exceptional improvisational comedy actors. (Will Ferrell, Lisa Kudrow and Jimmy Fallon are all alumni.) Things began to pick up and Kelly made three appearances on A&E’s “Evening At The Improv”. Then a guest shot on “The Merv Griffin Show” led to a booking with Johnny Carson on “The Tonight Show”. Soon after, he began making appearances with Johnny’s successor, Jay Leno.  Currently enjoying regular exposure on Sirius Radio’s “Laugh USA”, Kelly performs for corporate, cruise and club audiences. On occasion, he can also be seen in “Four Stand Up Dads” (a stage production playing finer theatres across the country) and Planet Hollywood’s “Beatleshow” in Las Vegas.

He continues to perform regularly to dedicated fans at a wide variety of comedy clubs. He has appeared in many feature films was featured in HBO’s Young Comedian’s Special, Showtime’s Comedy Channel, A&E’s Evening at the Improv, and KQED’s Comedy Tonight. Geoff has appeared in several plays at the SF Fringe Festival and has done hundreds of voice- overs for radio, television, and video games. He appears regularly on NPR’s West Coast Live as half of the comedy team of Karl and Carl, who offer their unconventional “Tips on Travel”.
