Write Your Novel - NaNoWriMo!
National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) is a fun, seat-of-your-pants approach to creative writing.
On November 1st, 2019 participants begin working towards the goal of writing a 50,000-word novel by 11:59 PM on November 30.
Valuing enthusiasm, determination, and a deadline, NaNoWriMo is for anyone who has ever thought about writing a novel.
On Saturdays, Nov. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 participants will gather in the library’s meeting room to meet and work with fellow Marin NaNoWriMo writers.
This group will be facilitated by Senior Library Assistant, Joan Peck.
Feel free to come prepared to share your writing experience and/or a paragraph or a page from your novel that you are particularly proud of. But, don’t worry, there won’t be any critiquing!
Not required, but if you want, you can sign up for the Marin, California, USA group at nanowrimo.org
